Appointments

At GP on Ebley Medical Centre and Bondi Skin Cancer Clinic, we like to keep our waiting times to an absolute minimum.  Please assist your doctor in achieving this by making an appointment before you come to the practice.  It is best to call the practice as soon as you know you need an appointment so that you can get the time that is most suitable for you.  You can attend GP on Ebley Medical Centre and Bondi Skin Cancer Clinic without an appointment for urgent medical problems and once triaged by one of our practice nurses, our doctors will do their best to see you as quickly as possible.

If you require a longer appointment to discuss more than one issue, an appointment for more than one person, a medical report, or multiple appointments, please let reception know when you arrange your appointment.

SMS Reminders

GP on Ebley Medical Centre and Bondi Skin Cancer Clinic provides SMS reminders for our patients the day prior to their appointment time.  If you do not wish to be contacted via SMS please advise our reception staff. If you are unable to attend your appointment, we would appreciate 24 hours notice of so that we can offer the appointment to someone else. Repeated cancellations at short notice or non-attendance of appointments may incur a cancellation fee.

Billing Information

GP on Ebley Medical Centre and Bondi Skin Cancer Clinic is a private billing practice. Bulk Billing is provided at the discretion of the practitioners.

Fee Schedule – General Fees:

• An up-to-date full copy of our schedule of fees is located at reception
• All Private Fees must be paid at the time of consultation, we do not hold accounts.
• There will be some additional private costs associated with medicals and vaccines, please enquire with reception
